ANPC Transponder Landing System
MATC is pleased to be able to offer the ANPC Transponder Landing System (TLS) as a 3 rd Party solution that complements our core ATC Tower business. The TLS provides the N and S to our C in a complete Communication, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS) capability that is as transportable as our towers.
The TLS provides the functionality of an Instrument Landing System (ILS – To CAT1), including marker beacons, a Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR) including data archive of all approaches and traffic activity and a Precision Approach Radar (PAR), including the Ground Control Approach (GCA) display. No pilot training, no special aircraft equipment or approach plates are required, and the system uses standard Mode 3/A/S/5 transponders.
The TLS has immense sitting flexibility as all equipment can be collocated adjacent to or straddling a runway. No ground conditioning is required and only single antennas for localizer and glideslope transmission are needed. A Single shelter and power supply is required. For more information on the TLS please contact us.
